The serrated concave discs (570-620 mm diameter), which are supported by maintenance-free angular ball bearings, form the basis for the outstanding quality of work produced by this highly durable implement. The concave disc beams, which are located inside closed pockets and feature robust rubber to protect them against overloads, ensure precise disc guidance even under diffcult conditions. This improves the distribution of straw when driving at a diagonal angle to the direction of threshing.
The strong intensive chisel is suited for both the first, shallow stubble cultivation across the full surface after combine harvesting and for subsequent, deeper passes with intensive mixing, or for seedbed preparation for mulch seeding. The depth control in the mounted strong model is easily accessible, and the working depth can be adjusted finely between 5 and 30 cm.
